Nice but has a design flaw
Loved the design and idea of recordable frame. LED light is very pretty. However there is definitely a design flaw. The record and play buttons located on the side of the frame. Even though in order to record something you have to press and hold button, if you by accident just touch side record button it will erase the recording. I had to do it several times because it would just get pushed when you put this back in the box to mail. I’m sending it by mail and really hoping it will make it without erased recording. Wish the record button was on the back of the frame and not so easily activated.Update : do not ship, recording was erased in transit

Makes for a Unique Card!
I bought this for my aunt's 90th birthday This card really looks like a picture that stands up on a table. It requires 3 AAA batteries. Very easy instructions on how to leave a message. I actually called my daughter and family who recorded a message, over the phone, then my husband and I continued the message to finish it up. We had to redo it a couple of times, but the finished product sounded good. My aunt will be able to play this as much as she wants, which really helps since she has impaired vision. The other great thing about this was that they included a mailable box since I needed to ship this to my aunt.

Wonderful birthday card.
This is an awesome product. A recorded personal message to the recipient is special. The message can be a means for the recipient to keep the voice recording of a loved family member or friend. The burning candle makes the card even more special. I highly recommend this product to everyone who wants to give a birthday card to anyone. It can also be used for anniveraries.

Recording is horrific
Fantastic idea but fell short in design. There was an incredibly loud static noise behind my recording which made it unusable so I had to return it.

My husband got this for his aunt's 90th birthday. She has lost a lot of her vision and had to have her other cards read to her. She really loved it and enjoyed the personalized recorded message. It was worth the few extra dollars. This also has a stand in back. It is about 1" wide so it is sent like a package.
