I really do like this product
It is a very useful product you can use it to train grip as well as forearm strength and finger strength, the only thing it could have is a higher weight setting. The weight is measured in KG (kilograms) not LB (pounds).

For grip and forearm strength thos is the one. Lots of value here. The hand grips are adjustable and can even double to work your pecs. The other items are okay but the grips slibe are worth getting.
