Flavor-Doh for Dogs - Chicken Flavor - 7 oz tub

I really think this product is a great idea, however, it seems that each time I order this product, the texture is always different. One batch is dry, the next is wet, the latest batch I received is almost the texture of drying glue. My 15 year old Bichon is having a difficult time chewing it. If your pet doesn't have a problem chewing and different consistencies aren't a problem, this will work well for you. I'll probably go back to pill pockets.

I have no problem with the seller, KV Pet. Bu the manufacture keeps messing with the texture of the chicken favor and you don't know what you are getting til you get it. I finished liver which was perfect. In order to give the dogs a change of pace I just rec'd 6 chicken flavor and they have really screwed this up. I had chicken in the past and it was fine/ This time it sticks to my fingers and falls off the pills. I am really PO'd. I have several dogs, and some are 12-13-14 and require several various sixe and shape pills. The liver was not, and has never been a been a problem. Works PERECT. This chicken crap is terrible to use and Im stuck with 6 200 gram containers. it sticks to me, not to the pills. keeps opening up when mixing various size and shape pills that was handled well with liver. Manufacture needs to fix it and leave it alone. Don't fix it when its NOT BROKE!!Been using this product for years but will be searching for a different product this afternoon.

I have purchased this in the past and my dogs love the taste and I have no problem getting them to take their medication. I would have rated this a 5, but gave it a 4 because the consistency was thin and I had trouble getting it to adhere to the pills. I would still recommend it to my friends and anyone who has a problem getting their dogs to take medication. I also order the Liver Flavor and the consistency was perfect. Great product.

This stuff is great for my dog to take her pills. The chicken tends to be a little dryer than the liver flavor, but my dog prefers the taste of chicken. I appreciate the fact that it's less expensive than Pill Pockets and I can use the exact amount I need. I recommend this product to anyone who needs to give their dog a pill.

Flavor-Doh has been used by me for a number of years to pill all my dogs and cats. It can be shaped to surround the pill or capsule given to the animal. You can use as much or as little as you desire. I have never had an animal refuse to accept it. It contains Flour, Vegetable Oil, Chicken, and Vitamin E and no additives unlike the other best selling pill delivery treat. Compare labels and I'm sure you'll switch to Flavor-Doh. Also comes in different flavors for picky pets.

There are two formuals for this product. The one featured here is indisputably the lesser of the two in quality. This older formula is messier, wreaks to high heaven, and less cohesive so it requires more wrapped around the pill to disguise the medicine from the dog. The other formula I just LOVE. Cleaner, less odorous, and more effective. There's a reason there's a newer version of this out there!

i was very disappointed with this product. I've purchased it in the past without any problem. The last order I had ordered four and it was extremely hard and dry. I contacted the company and provided them with the lot number and told them I would like replacements. It's been weeks without any replacement. I was very pleased with this product up to this point.

Excellent product. Have dog with pancreatic condition that requires special diet and medications. This is the only product that is safe and that the dogs will take the medications with. Love it and this company has the best price and excellent service.
