This is my 2nd purchase! Ive got a copy and have brought this for my parents. I teach holistic healing such as reiki and this has been an amazing resource for students

I purchased this colouring book mainly as a tool to help me remember the meridian lines and reflexology points It did not disappoint me, having both written detailed information, as well as the colouring pages. A very well made book and I especially like the fact it is spiral bound.

Perfect accompaniment to the original book

It’s hard to tell as I’ve only coloured the first page in. But unfortunately the images are on both sides of the paper so it’s best to use pencils not colouring in pens as the pens bleed through!

This colouring book is “meaty” 129 pages. More detailed than I expected.

Aunque este libro complementa otro de la misma autora sobre el mismo tema, por sí solo es perfecto para entender todo sobre lo que diferentes culturas dicen al respecto de los centros energéticos, capas energéticas, puntos de conexión energética y más. Me sorprendió lo completo que es este libro gráfico. Además de que el solo hecho de iluminar permite tanto relajar la mente como aprender mejor, como libro de consulta es excelente. Sirve para todos, no sólo para los interesados en la medicina holística o energética.
