...this would be that productive! I've had trouble growing just herbs. They always died! We moved into a smaller place and I thought I may finally give hydroponics a try. I always felt like this is too good to be true for the price. After researching, I landed on this one and LET ME TELL YOU!!! I have fresh basil, thyme, and cilantro. I've harvested my cilantro and basil 3x already and it's continuing to grow.The set up is simple, but be sure you are pressing very firmly until you hear a click. I thought I was going to break it, but it finally clicked and the light worked. It comes with all you need to get started. The light is VERY bright, looks nice, and not noisy. I haven't cleaned it yet, but shouldn't be too hard I assume.If you're on the fence, do it! Get it!

This is my first attempt at hydroponics, and I chose it basically because of its price. Honestly I cannot find it prominent on youtube, which is where I looked for help. But other more expensive brands are featured and I have appropriated all I have needed so far. I want to commend this company for customer support as they have been responsive to every text I have send them. I anticipate years of pleasure - and produce - from this garden! Note to newbies like me - do NOT plant every opening! And cover the empty ones with the covers provided so that light does not get into your water reservoir. Happy gardening!

I absolutely LOVE this little garden! I took this picture yesterday, which was 30 days after I planted the seeds in it and I already have lots of cilantro and dill, some lettuce, and some little chives! The only thing that has been really slow growing is the mint, but it's finally sort of taking off.The directions for putting it together are a little confusing so I watched a video, which helped. The only thing about the video is that it's for a different model. I ordered the Coliben but received the Minosoo, so a couple of things were different, but it's similar enough that it was easy to figure out. It's the same manufacturer, but the Coliben is the newer version so they must have the older Minosoo they're still selling.As a few other reviewers said, the light timer is a little wonky in that ever since we started it up, the light comes on about an hour earlier every day. It seems to be doing the on for 16 hours and off for 8, so it makes no difference to me as long as it's providing the right amount of light. Also, when we assembled it, you have to really push the light fixture in as hard as you can without breaking it to make a good connection or the pump will turn off the whole unit as soon as you press the button. Speaking of the pump. it's so whisper quiet you can hardly tell it's running.Because everything is small and close together, planting the seeds is a little hard to get into the hole in the sponges so I used tweezers for some. The white tags don't fit in the holes very well so you have to sort of fold/squeeze the bottoms in a little so they stay. They do fall out really easily if you're doing anything with the baskets, though, so I may do something different next time. Since they're plastic, I used washable markers to label what was where so I can reuse them later if I can figure out how to keep them in the holes better.I like this hydroponic growing so much that I ordered another garden (a different brand because there was a $15 off coupon, making is very inexpensive) so I can plant even more veggies and herbs!

I started with herbs. And look how beautiful they are growing inside my house. This is amazing. I’m in new your and there is snow outside. It’s February 2024. About 40’ degrees outside. I love this so much . I always wanted to grow my own vegetables and herbs but do to this weather it’s not easy. And you don’t have to worry about flys an bugs either. It’s great and easy to start

UPDATE: So apparently my last update didn't save. The second unit this company sent me, was great for a month, and then the lights would no longer cycle on and off. After contacting the company, even AFTER a month has passed, they issued a full refund. Honestly, just based on their amazing customer service, I would purchase any upgraded unit they come up with in the future. My units had some issues, yes, but they were quick to respond and remedy the situation. I have nothing but nice things to say about this company.I got the Coliben Indoor Hydroponics growing system. After setting it up (SUPER EASY), I filled it with water and nutrients, and then added my seeds. Within 2 days, the pump was buzzing very loudly. I took out the pump and completely cleaned it out, per the directions. Sadly, that did not fix the issue. So, I reached out to the company, via Amazon, and by the next day they responded. They told me to clean the pump. I responded that we tried that. So, they apologized and said they would send out a new pump, as the one I received may be defective. All I can say, after receiving what they sent us, is THANK YOU. They went above and beyond to fix the issue, and very quickly as well. VERY reputable company and all my seeds have sprouted and are growing quickly.
