Our 8 month old ps5 controller batter started holding a charge for no more than 10 minutes at a time. It was so frustrating giving how (new) and expensive the product is.This batter was super easy to install and lasted well over a day after immediate installing and no extra charging. well worth it.

So far so good. It is very easy to install. Fits perfectly. It came fully charged and so far has lasted me over 8 hours of use. The original was less than 2 hours of use. If anything changes I will update.

Right now I give it 5/5 stars. Installation is easy as long as your controller will corporate. Mine didn't wanna come off the plastic clips (yes I did remove all the screws). Once I got it off it was pretty much common sense, take the old battery out and put the new battery in, tuck the wire in the wire holder, put the cover back on and ur good to go. When I first turned the controller on, it was a fullish battery. I let my character on gta go afk for roughly 8 hours. When I checked on it the battery was almost dead. So lasted 8 hours on roughly 90% of charge (dont know what it was when I got it other than it was full).

This product saved me from spending $70.00 on a new controller. The battery burned out and I thought I'd try this instead of replacing. It worked perfectly and saved me a ton of money!

I installed this battery a few hours ago so I can't comment on the longevity of it, but it was at 80% (according to DSX (a PC app)) when I installed it in my DualSense, and after roughly 3 hours of play it's at 60%. With my previous battery, I'd have connected the charging cable after 1-2 hours of play. Granted, the original battery is a few years old.As far as the 2650mAh rating, I'm doubtful. I weighed both batteries and the stock battery is actually slightly heavier. The stock battery - if I'm not mistaken - is 1,500mAh. Because the weight of these batteries is nearly identical, I assume the new one is also 1,500, or ever-so-slightly higher. Regardless, I paid a minimal price for a brand new battery which is giving me hours of battery life. The only reason I didn't rate this 5 stars is because I don't believe the new battery has significantly higher capacity than the old one, but I'm not disappointed.Installation was simple using the provided tools.I would not hesitate to recommend this product.

Ive noticed a big difference in battery life. Depends on settings and usage of the controller. My controller settings is off and dim light and i usually use 5 hrs of gameplay then the rest for streaming platforms just leaving the controller on and im still at full charge. This will last me a whole day going into the next day afternoon like 12pm. But if your going to use all settings on and hardcore gaming then obviously your battery outcome will be different.

Easy install. My controller was only lasting 5-10 minutes before it died. Replaced the battery and I'm back to playing for hours before having to recharge.
