Very nice, but not as advertised
Ad indicated this was a 4-quart, but it is a 5-quart, ad indicated it was good up to 500 degrees in the oven, manual that came with the pot said only good to 375. If those are good with you, it seems like a great pot - unfortunately, it is not what was advertised, and not what I wanted.

Cooks great but chipping enamel
Cooks beautifully, from meat to perfect rice but enamel has started chipping on handles and bottom.

Dutch Oven
I have had a smaller version of this oven for several years and it is great. The new one now sits next to it on my stove. It is very attractive and is easy to use and clean, a little rinse and into the dishwasher. Just love it.

A-1 product and service.
I am completely satisfied with this Dutch oven. The small 3 qt. capacity is perfect for cooking for one or two. It's a nice heavy cast iron with a great porcelain coating. I prepared a delicious tender stove top to oven strip steak and it equaled the best restaurant steak I've had. The pan arrived with a small chip on the porcelain inside of the rim. I contacted the seller the same day and received high end satisfaction from them. I received another pan in just three days even before they received the chipped one. Excellent Dutch oven and excellent service. I'm going to order the next larger size. Love both the product and the service.

This is a replacement enamel cast iron pot, my original one had a well known french name. This post is every bit as good as the expensive french one I had. Quality is excellent. I would recommend this one if you want the quality and don't want to pay the much higher price.
