Makes my dad’s day when he sees these ordered
My dad’s favourite green tea. Ever since introducing him to this brand from our Costco trips, he’s had them since.Taste is there and the freshness is always apart of the tea. No matter how long he has them. The health benefits are great for someone who’s aging. As you tend to drop off the health hype with age!Value for money. Last for a very long time to.

Australian tea with a nice clean fresh taste
This is my regular tea. It's at the top end of mid price - reflecting that it's not a premium green tea but it's still streets ahead of the stuff you get in supermarkets. Good colour with a fresh clean taste that's slightly sweet and not at all bitter. Not particularly strong - you only get one decent mug per bag. The tea itself is from Australia, it's the added matcha that's from Japan. Tend to find the quality varies depending upon how near the expiry date the box is. Update: have since found that the Ioten Premium Matcha Green Tea is better - similar price bracket although slightly more expensive (£9.98 for 50 bags)

Excellent flavour
I drink a lot of green tea and have quite a wide range of experience of different green teas. I found these teabags have a wonderful flavour - and can be reused two or three times so are actually amazingly economical.

Yummy
I have tried practically every type of tea on the planet and these tea bags are among my favorites. They make a delicious cup of green tea, that somehow has a slight taste of biscuits. Inside of the sealed individual packets is a tea bag (obviously) and a tiny amount of matcha tea powder. Having put the tea bag into hot (preferably 80 degrees C) water, the matcha tea powder in the packet is sprinkled on to the cup. Matcha tea is very expensive, which probably explains why there is so little in the packet, but it does make a subtle difference to the tea, so make sure that you do add it. I have experimented by adding more matcha powder, since I have a very expensive bag of the stuff. However, to be honest it is perfectly delicious without going to these lengths. The tea has a fantastic green colour when made, just like the picture on the front of the box. At the risk of being a tea snob: the temperature of the water for green tea is best at about 80 C, as opposed to boiling. When I first discovered this, I was skeptical, but it does make a difference. he overall flavor and sweetness of green tea is determined by a variety of amino acids and natural sugars. Bitterness and astringency are contributed by polyphenols ("tannins"). Amino acids dissolve at 140°F (60 °C) while tannins dissolve at 176°F (80°C). Therefore, brewing green tea at lower temperatures will ensure that its sweet and complex flavors will not be overpowered by the bitter-tasting flavors. I stole the last technical bit from a tea website. However, try it at lower temperatures and see what you think :-)

Product delivered very close to the expiration date
The product delivered was packed one year ago and delivered to me with only 2 months and a half of remaining shelf life. Unfortunately, only noticed this after opening the 100 bags box. Hence, the seller was not willing to take the box back or do any other commercial gesture. In addition, they advised that the remaining shelf life is normal for them. Thus, I need now to consume green tea 2-3 times a day. I guess the seller is very health conscious for their customers! So, beware of this seller discharging their stock close to expiry date on you!
