Some one mentioned that the water spout was attached when rack was received. However, the pictures show it separate..????

The spout easily snaps on to the base. I don't recall if it was attached when I received it but I have taken it off for cleaning and reattached.

Having problem attaching water outlet. Any advice?

It took me a while to figure out how to attach the water outlet. I finally put the drain mat on a folded towel so it was on a solid but not hard surface and then snapped the water outlet on. Hopefully this helps.

The rubber feet keep falling off when I pick it up. Is mine defective?

Mine fall off too, but I don’t pick it up much. You could probably glue them on if you want to.
