Every shoe should have one
Nice stimulation for the soles of the feet. Can't say it solved all my problems, but for what they are they are good value. Been using them about three months and they are still in one piece (well two pieces to be precise)

The actually insole does not seem great or that beneficial even if I had been able ...
Was poorly packaged. The insole was bent near the toe and would not fully straighten. The sizing of insole does not seem to align well with the inside of two of my shoes. I had to manually cut in a number of places outside of the aligned cutting area.The actually insole does not seem great or that beneficial even if I had been able to use it.Would not recomend wasting your money on this.
