Perfect for me ..
I love this chair, it is well made and aesthetically pleasing. It is sturdy yet comfortable to me. It don't need the extra back cushion honestly. The height is great because I don't have a high desk. It rolls easy and works well on my carpet but I appreciate that I can change the wheels to gliders if need. It's pricey but I would say worth it...I would say that making the arm rest adjustable wasn't needed and it would be nice to make it an option where you can lock it to stop. The chair doesn't lock in tilt mode, which I notice is a complaint which doesn't bother me but if you reduce the tension and don't use the cushion when you sit back it'll tilt and stay that way which I really enjoy when I need to break or am just watching a video I can rest back... You can lock it to not tilt also...just doesn't have a lock in tilt mode like other office chair do.

Amazing!
Looked into an ergonomic chair like most of the other people here for back/leg circulation problem; prefer to sit cross-legged. Tried two different chairs that didn't work out - saved this one but didn't pull the trigger due to price and the fact that this chair is PU (not leather, as some reviews refer to... it's polyeurathane/"fake leather"/very common plasticy-rubber synthetic material). I didn't want to spend this kind of money on a non-leather/fabric chair. That said, a lot of the reviews here talking about the quality of this chair and seeing the state of some chairs that customers said were over a year old and some even buying more than one for different desks (home and office, etc.) changed my mind. Just set it up and it is VERY comfortable - typing this review while sitting cross-legged in my chair. The material is not thin or sticky, very smooth and comfortable; one of my other failed chairs had very thin stuffing that I could feel the nuts and bolts through after about a month despite me being solidly average size (gifted it to a thinner/lighter-weight friend lol). So, time will tell as we go along and I'll try to update if things change, but so far, I'm pleased: not flimsy, not too heavy/easy to assemble on my own (approx 20 min), smooth wheels, easy to adjust height and seatback. I got the larger size despite being 5'2" and strongly suggest everyone just get the bigger size, especially if you work from home and expect to be sitting in it for long periods.

Meditation Chairs are Not About Back Support
I meditate, also fidget and incessantly crawl around chairs, which is why I meditate. LOL. Either way, this chair is HEAVEN SENT for either person. Cross-legged is my primary sitting position, most comfortably from a zafu (those little round meditation cushions) on the floor, in front of a low coffee table and the computer. I get sore at the office because they have these enormous slumpy or dense foam chairs. Sometimes I try putting my zafu on the chair and sit normally, but the chair designed support at all the wrong angles and it rarely works. FINALLY. A CHAIR. Answer to my prawyers. I was shocked to see so many unsatisfied reviews on here. First, from a balanced position, either cross legged or on knees on a cushion, all one's weight is stacked straight up and down on the spine, weight slightly forward, your abdomen holding your body in position; NOT like a western chair where its designed slightly leaned back, pushing your weight into your lower back. That lower back thing causes a lot of pain problems for people. I know. I use to have it bad, especially after a car wreck that damaged my spine (it works again now, no worries). But chairs always hurt after that. I needed stronger core muscles. If you have lower back problems, before you spend all this money on chiropractors, try strengthening your core and meditating. I had too because my back literally didn't function for the two years it took my spine to heal. Anyhoo - with weight stacked straight up and down, you actually don't need super strong core strength to hold your body up, just enough strength to tweak your balance occasionally and adjust. Same mechanism as indigenous people carrying groceries on their head: They're not super strong, they just have enough core balance and control to hold it steady, with all the weight being stacked on the spine by gravity. No powerful muscles required. Western chairs don't let you do this. Obviously my irritation has made me think about it a lot, lol. Western chairs push all the weight into your lower back and force you release your abdomen. Its more comfortable in theory, because you don't have to use your abs to balance, but it also makes your abs dead weak when you've done it for years. It also mildly changes your nervous system, if you want to know. Changes how you hold balance in general, makes you unable to balance correctly walking or doing other tasks. I say this bc a lot of reviews on here do not seem to understand all this. There's a lot of complains of LACK OF BACK SUPPORT and NO LUMBAR and WHAT A WASTE and these complaints completely misunderstand what this chair is for. THIS CHAIR IS DESIGNED TO ALLOW YOU TO SIT CROSS LEGGED OR ON KNEES, STACKING YOUR WEIGHT ON YOUR SPINE WITHOUT ANYTHING TOUCHING YOUR BACK. I mean the chair-back is cozy looking but its function isn't for support. I took the chair-back to be necessary either for the overall balance of the chair; or, as a guide so that when you touch it with your back, you know you're leaning too far back or slumping. Its not for support. This whole operation depends on your ability to balance with your abs. As a reward, your back problems go away or get diminished, and I get my spine back. The rise-able main cushion, firm like a zafu but somehow softer, plush without sinking down, is perfect. You need a firm surface because this is where all your weight is supported. But you also need a soft surface because booties are delicate and we like soft things. Perfect. The fact that the cushion rises and you can control the distance between your legs and pelvis: PERFECT. Allows you to try all sorts of new positions without putting your legs too sleep, no matter how big your legs are or how short (me). I like the feet planted forward on the lower pedestal and leaning forward. I learned that in China; you've seen it: when they run into friends in the street or talk over dice, squatted all the way down and resting their weight in the same way, but more balanced forward on planted feet into a self-made body chair. So comfortable. Now I get to do it at my desk! I love home office now! Anyway, this chair is perfect. I love it. Please don't believe bad reviews from people who misunderstood it. They're just in pain.

Smaller surface area for butt than Id hoped for
Okay, I have had my eye on this chair for 2 years and finally bought it. Ive had it for about 5 months now. In a lot of ways, it's great. I love being able to cross my legs and change positions. BUT I would recommend getting a bigger seat one if there is. The cushion itself is comfortable during the 9 hr office days, but it's a small area which can feel less than ideal at times (i am 5'6" and 155lbs for reference). I will still be paying off this chair through the year and I don't regret it, it beats the office chairs, but the small size is why I gave 4 and not 5 stars. Assembly was straight forward, it's good quality, stable, and rolls smoothly. There is no option to tilt back, it will remain straight. There is some height adjustment for the seat but not for the footrest.

Absolutely love it!
I bought the 27” chair with adjustable armrests. I absolutely love this chair! I’m only comfortable sitting with at least one leg up, so a wide chair like this was the perfect solution. But it’s also very comfortable and the fabric and cushion quality seem very high. I like that this one still has armrests, unlike some of the cheaper versions chair I’ve seen all over Amazon. I also love that the back of this chair is taller than others I’ve seen, and I can even adjust the extra back cushion so it’s even higher. It’s the perfect chair!

I'm reviewing the fabric chair with the flippable back cushion.
For 300 bucks I expected better. Mind you, I have been sitting in the same chair for19 years and was enamored by the TikTok Crisscross chair so came here looking. My previous chair was one that had the tilt feature as it was a regular office chair and not these big fancy gamer chairs everyone seems to want these days. I ordered my chair so long ago with ergonomics in mind because I was sitting 9+ hours a day doing nails. Posture was my top priority. I used the tilt with the front of the seat a bit lower than the back because it kept pressure off the underside of my thigh behind my knee as my ankles tended to swell. I like this chair, don't get me wrong and it took me a long time to feel at home in it because my neuro spicy brain does not adapt well to these kinds of changes. I eventually stopped feeling "off" in my desk space. That being said, I had to order $158 bucks worth of cushions to make this chair livable and ergonomically comfortable. If you are like me and have no intention of crossing your legs in this chair like a teenager or 20 something young-body, (I'm pushing 55,) but liked the idea of the larger seat area, you will need to look elsewhere or plan on buying cushions as I did. I wound up getting one of those car wedge cushions to raise the back of the seat and address the missing tilt feature. Be sure to find one that is 19" across or it will defeat its purpose. The upside down, T-shaped back cushion I got (OPTP Thoracic Lumbar Back Support), keeps me straight and in good posture. I bought an adjustable under desk foot stool/cushion-thing that meets my feet where they should hit the floor when I have the height of the chair adjusted to proper placement of the desktop just below my elbows. I'm 5'5" and needed to have the chair in almost the top height setting for my desk. Without it, my legs would dangle and cut off circulation. Next up, we have the wheel situation... The base that the wheels fasten to is made of metal and very sturdy (which I appreciate in a chair of this price), but then the plastic castors are cheap crap. The base of the chair is certified to 350 lbs., which I am well under at 220; the wheels I'm not so sure. A replacement set was even provided in the box so obviously a lazy fix to complaints of wheel breakdown. I ordered heavy duty, up to 2200 lbs. castor wheels for this chair and now I trust it. Do be mindful of physics when looking at wheels and be sure to get ones that don't change the tension placed on the chair flower-like base. Look for a wheel whose attachment point is nearly in line with the contact point of the floor. Roller blade style wheels may give you trouble over time. On to the armrests. They did consider the reachability with the wider seat feature as the rests angle in so you can put JUST your elbows on them, barely. The rests should be twice their length for any real usability with this wide of a seat. If one is actually sitting cross legged in this chair, I imagine the rests would be satisfactory, but we both know by now, I'm not using the chair in this manner. That being said, my previous chair had no arm rests, and I will probably just take these off the chair altogether. In conclusion, if you want an ergonomic chair, you should probably look elsewhere. But if, like me you have to touch the stove to know it's hot, by all means order this and spend some extra cheddar on cushions and props. After all this hullabaloo, I must say I no longer have the pain in my left hip after sitting for extended periods. So, a hard-won win in my book is better than a loss.

Super comfy
Easy to put together, easier with 2 people. So far, 1 day into the chair I'm loving it. Very comfortable. The stuffing is nice and firm, I was worried it would be too soft and wear out. I saw reviews that the arm rests were too far but with them angled in, they work for my needs. I will update my review if things change. Update: the lock mechanism for leaning back doesn't lock very well. Even at the tightest setting, I still lean back and think I'm falling to my death.

Feels like an overpriced stool with a leg rest attached
I was so excited to receive this chair. I am very fidgety in my current office chair and generally prefer to sit criss cross, so it seemed like the meditation chair was made for me. Putting the chair together was perfectly straightforward, but I just didn't find the chair comfortable. The chair itself is more like a stool than a chair, so if you're used to sitting in an office chair with some contour to it you might feel underwhelmed with how flat the meditation chair is. I was also disappointed with the lack of lower back support. Once again, if you're used to sitting in a standard office chair it might feel strange having such a small backrest when you're used to a backrest that comes into contact with most of your back. This chair likely would have been a lot better for me if I was sitting in it with my back absolutely straight and upright, but like most I slouch a little bit in my chair, so my back almost never touches the back rest on the meditation chair; in a typical office chair my lower back is almost always touching the lower section of the back rest, so the meditation chair feels incomplete without it. Perhaps it is unfair to blame the chair for this, my posture could definitely be better, but leaning towards my computer when I sit in my chair just feels natural, and sitting totally upright feels weird even if it is the healthiest way to sit. Another thing is if you're used to sitting criss cross in a standard office chair it might feel a little weird having the leg rest lower than the seat; I'm so used to having my legs tucked under me that it was a little weird using the meditation chair, but I wouldn't say it was a deal breaker. The final major complaint is the price: Even if all of the little quirks I didn't enjoy, like the seat and the backrest, were worked out I still would never pay $369 for it. I might pay half that, but probably not even that. The office chair I'm currently sitting in is probably a decade old and was around $100 when I bought it. For $369 I expected something life-changing, and perhaps my expectations were too high, but I would take my cheap chair any day over this. Don't get me wrong, my cheap chair with its faux leather is in awful shape and the meditation chair is made of quality materials, but I just find my cheap chair more comfortable. The chair was mostly easy to disassemble but there were a few final parts I couldn't detach; the more I struggled the more I risked damaging the chair, which is not good if you want to get all your money back. On the bright side, customer service was great: I told them I couldn't disassemble certain parts of the chair and within 24 hours they sent me pictures and a video to help. I hate to be so negative because the chair is very unique and it does give you a lot of options for how you want to sit, but it just wasn't for me. To be fair, a lot of the problems I had with the chair were things I should have known would be problems just by looking at the pictures, but the reviews were so positive that I figured I'd get used to it. I was wrong. If you don't like the fundamentals of the chair, such as the chair itself or the backrest, I suspect the overall concept of the meditation chair (which I still really like!) will not make up for that.
