Second gauze makes it a quick job to clean as the dirty one can be cleaned when back and up running again by using the spare. Washing machine hoses are a great cheap connection fit too. Only slight downside no clip provided to mount the unit.

This is used to filter the water from the roof into a butt. It worked very well, but you have to make sure that the filter is clean regularly. Otherwise, the filter will get clogged up surprisingly quickly. Yeah, it is that good!

I used this to filter water from a rain water butt for a pressure washer.Fine mesh, good flow, works well.Hope its robust enough to last.

The picture shows it but the description didn't make it clear: this comes with two filters, and is thus very good value. Quality seems robust, and unlike other similar filters I've had, the filter can be easily removed for cleaning, and the fine filter mesh is cleaned externally - hence thoroughly - rather than having to poke a fiddly bottle brush inside, which never quite works. Excellent.

The filter is connected to the gutter and works well filtering all the nasty stuff only problem is, I came to collect some water only to find the water half full!?!? Turned out the filter had split almost all the way around the bottom removeable section..also I’ve found the filter mesh is very fine and clogs up very easily.

Great quality of the product, robust and very well built.The only thing to improve is shipping time that it is too long-Will buy again, and look for products manufactured by this company.
