I bought this mug two months ago and it works perfectly for me. It keeps the liquid at the right temperature for a long time. It is safe, seals very well and is super easy to clean.

I am very happy with this purchase. I bought it for work; I have a 9 to 5 desk job, and as I'm sure many of you know sometimes a warm cup of joe (or two... or three) is the only thing keeping your eyes on your screen. This cup works as advertised - it keeps hot liquids hot and cold liquids cold for an extended period or time. With the lid on, this mug can easily keep coffee at optimal temperature for at least 3 hours. The first day I used it, I poured my coffee at 8:30am and it was still enjoyably warm by noon. Usually I finish my coffee in a much shorter span of time, so I feel this was a true test of its effectiveness. I have used it with cold drinks only twice so far, but with both occasions the ice was lasted the entire time I drank. The size is perfect for me too. I like a cup of coffee in the morning and occasionally tea in the afternoon, but I don't like large serving 8 to 12 oz is enough for me. This sparkly purple is so fun and cute, and looks darling on my desk! I'm a lover of pretty things, and this fits in with my whole vibe perfectly. I am giving this 4 stars instead of 5 because of the lid. That's not to say it's awful. It works excellent as far as the seal goes - that thing ain't going nowhere once it's on and its the main reason that the cup is able to maintain the desired temperature. But that being said I just... don't like it. I feel that it's a bit awkward, and also I feel that I'm not able to finish all of my drink because the placement of the opening. I find that I am more comfortable using the mug without the lid, which kinda defeats the purpose of the purchase in the first place.Even so, I still like this product and am happy to use it on a regular basis. It's at a price point where I am pleased with the quality and comfortable recommending it to others. I will likely be purchasing more, for myself and others. A girl has got to have variety!

The color is Perfect, the mug is stable, which is important because I live in a school bus and I like to sit my coffee on the arm of my chair! It is a perfect size and works well with my pour over drip coffee maker! I also like the fact that it has a lid to keep the heat in and the bugs out when you are sitting outside and enjoying some Java!! 😁

I chose this because it has a handle and it isn’t huge. It is easier to carry on the way to a meeting while carrying other items. My coffee stays warm or my iced tea cold.

The walls of the cup seems to actually insulate fairly well. The problem is the lid. The cup has a sliding lock lid that is impossible to clean without breaking the plastic. Once the lock is broken, you no longer have a spill-proof cup. Instead you have a cup that will spill copious amounts of fluid if tipped. Also, heat will escape out the hole.If you don't clean the lock, all your beverage will eventually taste a little like swamp water.The lesson I learned the hard way is to not buy a cup with a sliding lock lid, unless the manufacturer promises a way to remove it for cleaning. Better to buy a lid that has a swivel lock, that can be moved to one side for cleaning.It's still a nice cup to sit at your desk, if that's all you want. So that's why I'm giving it 3 stars.

This travel mug is just what I needed . I’ll do a quick fill just prior to heading out and my coffee will stay hot for hours . I went to a doctors appointment yesterday and I had left in my truck for about 2.5 hours . When I was finished with the appointment, I got into the truck and the mug was the first thing I noticed . ( I honestly forgot that I left it in there ).I was in desperate coffee mode at this point .So instead of heading to the local pantry , I just opened the lid and thought “ this has got to be cold by now “….I was wrong !The coffee was still nice and hot .Not piping hot - but just perfect .I really do like this mug .Now this is going to be Very helpful:When putting the lid on - make sure the top part is not closed ( the flip lid ).You will not get a tight seal .Once you put the lid on , you will hear a little air release .Then you can flip the lid shut .Highly recommended!!

Delivered after two months and the quality waa not great even. Bought it as supposed to be a gift for christmas it arrived sooo late in bad packaging. You can buy the type in 1-20dhs store

See photos where I point out where the coffee residual is. The lid is designed so that it can be slide open and close but it does not provide a way to open up and clean the residual under the lid. I’m very concerned as we are drinking from it. This build up is just less than 10 uses. I’m returning it.
