No, only Kaweco Squeeze converter fits the Lilliput.

Would this fit into a mamo muji aluminium fountain pen

It would, as both fittings are the international type. But this Kaweco cartridge is tiny, and doesn't hold a lot of ink. You would be better off buying a different cartridge converter.

This does not sit in the pen, it doesnt click on like a cartridge. Am i using it incorrectly?

I like many of the pens that are made by Kaweco. The designs tend to match function with the style or purpose of the pen. I dislike cartridges because they are plastic but the alternative to the cartridge for kaweco is too messy to be attractive. You may have the wrong reservoir. I made the error twice. And so I advise going to a specialist website to ensure you buy the correct reservoir. Only the non piston reservoir is a problem to me and I’ve given up on it. The one you have should sit snugly and work as you’d expect. I think you have the wrong type.

Is this not compatible with Kawwco pens? Not work with the sport mode I have
