I really like it I do 2 sprays and everyone which is about 20 people says that's perfect last about up to 5 hours that's the longest I've recorded it and the men I know say it smells great like an older cowboy (haha) and my girl...(friends) of all ages tell me it smells great and they like it one of them who worked at a perfume and cologne shop for 6 years said it really stands out from the rest of the colognes in a good way highly recommend it.

Really wish I could find a larger bottle on Amazon because this is a terrific scent! The value is great it’s fresh smelling but also has a great musk to it!

It’s definitely a masculine scent but not overly cocky or assertive. Smells woody and fresh, with some sweet nuances that mellow out the overall vibe. It’s a rugged western scent with a sophisticated spine. Does not last long — maybe 1-2 hrs at most. It does not project farther than a couple of feet. Excellent value for the money, and a safe blind buy!

Its smell is awesome but the only thing is it smells like a hint of my AXE deodorant that I used when I was a teenager (I’m 30 this year). The quality and value are there as well as the dark warmth of the smell like smells dark and mysterious. Versatility is easy as it’s a travel bottle. I would suggest using this if you’re 25 or older it’s really really dark

Definitely worth buying, bought as a birthday gift and the bottle size is perfect and the quality it’s perfect.

Having spent considerable time across Japan and Korea, I understand the aroma of sandalwood. This cologne does not come close to the sandalwood scents of cologne oils or perfume oils. Top notes last a few minutes. It wasn't what I was expecting. The fruity and floral fragrances were quite nice but not very manly.The heart notes got a bit better once it settles down. It was a little less lively and sweet. The heart notes and floral and evaporate over a half-hour or so. I think I detected some vanilla as the fruity top notes faded. I couldn't find any pepper at all. I have no idea how the official description correlates with the actual smell.By the time a half-hour elapses, it is settling down into the base notes. It is musky with a bit of floral fragrance. I couldn't find any leather. A few hours later, I have to shove my nose down my shirt to remember I applied it.In summary, the advertisement uses the words "dark", "dark sandalwood", black hat". Instead, I found it "lively", "fruity", "floral". Quite the opposite, although it settles down into a musky scent but still keeping some floral character.

I have a bunch of colognes that were gifted to me. Most much more expensive, but I got several compliments on the smell of this Stetson Black in a very short time. It is a deep manly smell, not the clean businessman smell. idk what I am talking about, but think more cowboy and less Excel.
