I have seen a lot of negative reviews for this item and most of the people were not following the instructions. It’s up to you but I would pour it into a radiator that has water and is hot. I just am curious as to how the water arrived there, as it does not sound like an engine coolant leak, so my answer would be no, in this case. It is something that requires looking at, obviously - and by a mechanic, since there may be a way for this to occur. I have never encountered it - the closest was having the plugs bathing in an oil bath, for some reason - we never did figure out exactly why - but water?? My apologies, I cannot assist further - I would be hot-foot to my SAAB people, tho' I might have a look around first to see if there is another source for that troublesome fluid!! That's is all I can say.
