It's not a speedy Gonzalez feeling but it keeps you active and in a good mood.

Value for money and working well.

Thought I'd give these a try based on other reviews; difficult to say whether it made a difference or not as I was already feeling less-stressed when I started taking these; I completed the full pack though. I was also advised to take Vitamin B50 supplement which I was doing at the same time as these - so one of them must have worked! Did not have any apparent side effects. Quite expensive at around 50p per tablet.

I love these tablets they seem to work. My tummy is not has bloated (stress related) either when I take these. They are just like a calming drug. They work great for me

When the product arrived, some of the foil blisters containing the tablets were broken

I really can tell the difference in my fatigue levels using this daily. I combine with a multivitamin and lots of hydration through the day.

Have now been taking this for about 2 weeks, I must say they seem to really do something for me, I feel more positive and although all that surrounds me is the same, I feel better, definitely have more energy, and as said positive about all the horribleness that surrounds me. My daughter is also trying, so will continue when I know .

As the title states I initially purchased these tablets to try and calm down my skin irritation as I have a mild - medium case of 'Acne Rosea' (reddening of the skin, especially the cheeks). What I actually didn't realise is that these are also a stress relief tablet and the results were pleasant to say the least. I found myself feeling a lot calmer throughout the day, sleeping better at night and generally feeling more relaxed about everything.Unfortunately I found that they had little to no effect for my acne and so went to the doctors for a slightly higher dose of some non-descriptive drug.I wouldn't hesitate in trying these again should I find that things are becoming a bit hectic in my life but if you have acne then give them a miss and go to the doctors.
