A sweet memory
My dad used to find these at the local chinese corner market in the form of Sweets and Sours. These are seeded, and the ones I believe he used to get were unseeded so it was mostly the meat of the plum, but the flavor is identical! It brought back so many memories when I tried the first one. And they are great to just suck on and let the plum flesh slowly be broken down. Then the seed is there and has a unique texture, but still retains flavor as well so you can suck on it after the plum flesh is all gone. Great product and I will definitely get more someday. These were gone in about 2 days! Drink plenty of water though because they make you thirsty.

These are some of the BEST!
When it comes to li hing mui/ dried plum/ salted seeds, whatever you want to call them (they are actually called li hing mui if you're the OG-type from Hawai'i) these are some of the best. I've ordered them three times and each time the seeds are "meaty", fresh and perfectly salted. But be mindful that when it comes to foods, tastes vary as much as opinions. Just buy them and try them. If you don't like them, you're out $20 bucks. If you do like them, you're MAD because they are not worth $20 bucks! But what's the alternative when you live in the middle of the USofA? The li hing mui you find in the Asian Stores around here taste like dried bad morning breath. Hope this helps....

Met Its purpose.
Ordered this brand to try something different. They are good. A bit pricey but good. Flavor was good. I would definitely order again as a backup to my main brand.

Not salty
This tastes like the crack seed I used to eat when I was a child. It is sweet and unlike some others, not salty.

Sour not sweet and salty
I grew up eating this and I’ve purchased other brands on Amazon before. Sadly, these are super sour and do not have that sweet and salty taste of what I am used to. Not sure if I got a bad batch or if this is how they taste from this supplier. Waste of $20 for me.

Impossible to not have >5 seeds in each session!
Prior to purchasing, I knew it was going to be a toss up due to the low reviews but I am very satisfied with the product. In addition, the delivery time was prompt, even if there were expected delays due to winter weather in the Midwest; it came on the day expected! The size of the plum in comparison to the pit is a generous size and is pretty consistent amongst all seeds in the package! The flavor is evenly balanced & brings me back to my childhood memories of eating Li Hing Mui Seeds at family events in Hawaii. I would say this brand is a great middle man for not too sweet & not too sour! 10/10 recommend this product & the brand. Never disappoints! Already looking forward to our next purchase for our event where we will showcase these amazing seeds as garnishes on a vast array of beverages to share with co-workers in Nebraska!

Would have rated it a 10!
I'm in my 60s. When I was 8 years old, we lived in Keolu Hills, Oahu. One of my fondest memories was Ling Hi Mui seeds. Been looking for many years trying to find them. So was my brother. When they arrived in the mail, we were like kids on Christmas Day. They are delicious!! Still taste the same. We call them magical seeds. Meaty, sweet, sour, salty, all in one. You will not be disappointed. Already ordered 2 more bags. Thank you Aloha.com!

A little dry
They taste good, but are a little too dry for my taste. Obviously this is a dried fruit, however, the dryness felt a little too dry, and the “meat” of the fruit was more leathery for my liking, however the flavor is delicious and I still enjoyed this brand.
