Bought to help ground myself and bring me back to the here and now. The prickly spikes on them definitely do that. Not sure I'd use them as a fidget toy as the spikes are quite painful, then again they are quite small on my fingers, but for grounding in the here and now they definitely stop me drifting off.

I was surprised by how satisfying these bands are to fiddle with especially since I have a tendency to pick at the skin around my nails. These metal bands give me the same satisfaction as skin picking and are easy to use without anyone noticing I am fidgeting when required to sit still. So far, only one has broken at the join and one started to smell metallic but probably because I had just moisturised my hands. They are a bit tight on the fingers but it doesn’t hurt unless you leave them on the finger without moving up and down. Would recommend.

I fidget with my hands. It’s a nervous habit. I was sceptical that these would work but have discovered they do make a difference (with some willpower to remember to keep them close by!) They are relatively discrete too and the pressure of the metal springs around your fingers is strangely effective and they feel like they aren’t easy to break. For the price I’d definitely recommend them and I hope to have much more presentable hands soon!

Really poor quality. They snapped as soon as I started using them. Not one in the pack lasted more than 30 mins.

I got these to distract me through giving a eulogy at a funeral. They did help a lot, keeping my emotions at bay long enough to get through it. If you want to wear these on wrist or fingers, though, they won't fit. But the texture is suitably spiky to reduce anxiety a bit.
