Good stuff
I was diagnosed with anemia a few months back. These have been great especially because I can have difficulty with pills. Just a heads up, my renewal came with a broken seal and with reaching out to the brand they never sent me a my replacement. Just had to spend another $20 but with how much they help me I have to do what I have to do.

Good option if you can chew
Buy these for my MIL who can't swallow pills. She has no trouble chewing them. She doesn't say anything about the taste, but it doesn't give her any 'digestive' issues, like the pill forms can do.

Really gross smell/taste
Not sure if I got a bad batch or what. I know this sounds dramatic, but I literally threw up trying to choke down one of those gummies. Smell/taste is extremely strong and pungent. I honestly feel bad leaving such a bad review, but this was horrible.

I do like these iron gummies because I am tired of taking the pills. I'm pleased with the flavor and chewability. I am anemic and I'm enjoying these. I'll be ordering more.

Stained my teeth!
I had a gastric bypass and have to take extra iron daily. These were easy to take, taste not wow but easily tolerated to stay consistent which is why I gave 3 stars.Unfortunately they caused purple black stain spots on the grain of my teeth and especially in-between. I discontinued them about 2 weeks ago and I’m flossing and bought a water pick and the stains have lessened but some have not budged yet.I’m someone who occasionally whitens their teeth and wondering if this has made them porous. Not too many others have mentioned this issue.
