LOVE Flamingo Pink!
My hair is an amazing colour! I bleached my hair first but only to a light gingery-yellow colour. I slapped it on (carefully with a tinting brush) and let it sit. The instructions say 15-30 minutes but I got caught up and left it on for nearly 1hr and a half (whoops). It has come out a gorgeous BRIGHT pink. I was worried since my hair wasnt white that it would go a weird colour - both manic panic and arctic fox have gone weird and funky colours, but this is exactly what I hoped it would be.I also got some all over my neck, forehead and hands (again, whoops) but with a quick facial exfoliator, it was off and no stains! yay!I cant speak for the longevity yet as its only been one day, but Ive had to wash my hair this evening and the water was only very slightly pink, and even that could have been the light reflecting the colour of my hair.

Excellent product, vibrant colour
Item arrived in good time but unfortunately the wrong colour was in the box I received. I was able to return it easily without any extra cost to me. I got really fast and informative help from the seller so I do recommend purchasing it. It is the genuine product.I bought some from my local market so I can say this dye is really good. The lighter your hair is bleached the better this will work. Mine is platinum and it took really well. I used just over half a tub on a chin length bob which is probably more than you need as it came out incredibly bright so I washed it three times to fade it a little before going out - it was still bright! I have to fade mine before going back to work so I washed it everyday (use head and shoulders or washing up liquid to help fade it. The latter is more effective) and it took two weeks of washing it everyday , shampooing it twice each time, for it to fade, even then it was still a nice light pink colour. The rest came out when I got it rebleached so that's nothing to worry about if you need to get it out.I expect that you will get over a month of vibrant colour if you are using gentle shampoos and washing only two times a week. Four tubs on bobbed hair would keep you going for a few months.I used flamingo pink and I loved the colour at every stage of it fading.

Love it!!!
I got mine in LILAC. I am very impressed with this hair dye!!! One pot lasted me (with a bit of added hair conditioner) on my shoulder length hair - see picture before and after. I bleach my hair myself, so it was not even, and the lilac colour did not colour my hair evenly - but that is my fault for not having my hair bleached properly. I still LOVE the result, and I have already washed my hair twice and it's still nice light lilac. I do not want this to be a permanent colour, but I am happy to know I have found one that works, and I can experiment, go on holiday with funky hair :) Next I want to try light pink! Love it. The dye does not smell, is cruelty free... what more you need!

So Pretty!
My daughter wanted to go from dark red to pink. I started off by bleaching her hair over a couple of days. Then mixed the pastel pink dye with conditioner and left on for 20 minutes. It came out absolutely beautiful! After seeing how lovely it looked on my daughter I decided to try it on my highlights. I love it! I’m 47 and I think it’s so subtle I can get away with it.

Been using this for three years now. So happy.
If you want blue hair, you cant go much further than to use Neon Blue. I only have to redo every four - five weeks and even then it is still quite vibrant. You do have to ensure that your hair is bleached white before use (otherwise it won't last long even on naturally white hair). Another tip to longevity of colour is to wash your hair in baby shampoo in tepid water (no more than 30c.). Leaves your hair in great condition too.

Really pleased, included lots of pics of different colours and lighting etc.
I've decided to add a lot of pics of my hair over a couple of months. They're numbered from 1 upwards, hope this helps? I started off with Natural Medium Ashey Brown hair. Haven't dyed my hair for years and years.I did a semi permanent box dye of purple brown and it wasn't vibrant enough so I then started my experimenting with Directions after lightening it.I use the tubs on dry hair, with a tinting brush and gloved hands. Put a plastic hair cap on and use a low heat whilst processing on and off. I've varied with how long I leave the colours on but around 30-45 mins I find works better than the recommended 15.I wash my hair with cold-luke warm water.I wash my hair about once every 5 days and I have found these colours do stick quite well. The blue in all honestly has been a pain to get rid off but I was impatient as I wanted a complete colour change by a set date.I have on occassions had issues with patchyness despite sectioning, doing roots last etc but that could just be different porus levels in my hair though without wanting to sound vain, my hair was in really good condition before I started. The colours are amazing and you can mix with others for all different shades etc as well as conditioner. Personally I find diluted colours don't hold aswell.I'm a big fan of Directions and went to them first for thier ethics more than anything but have been really pleased with the product. Some colours do stain if dropped around bathroom, tiles etc and I did notice the Neon Blue and Violet do rub off a bit on your hands when combing through, styling etc. I have navy bedding so it didn't stain those but it did rub off on my coat hood a bit.I would definitely recommended these dyes and will continue to use them.

Have been using these for years!
I have used this same product for years, because no matter what brand of dye I use, whether its a more expensive brand or not, they all start to fade within a week or 2, so Ive always stuck with this brand, since its affordable, vibrant, easy to apply and makes my hair feel soft afterwards. Of course like all vibrant hair colourants, you will need to pre-lighten your hair before applying, unless you have naturally very light blonde hair. If this is something you're not prepared to do then I wouldn't recommend buying this product as the results will not be the same unless your hair is very light blonde. Another thing worth mentioning is that green is one of the colours that not only dyes the hair, but stains it, so it does take a while to fully strip from the hair if you change your mind. perhaps test with hair chalks if you're not sure :)
