The media could not be loaded. I purchased the IFB 6.5kg Front Load Washing Machine online five years ago, and it has been an outstanding addition to my household ever since. Throughout these years, I have not encountered any need for repairs, which speaks volumes about its reliability and build quality.The machine continues to function properly, delivering excellent washing performance with each use. The product is good.But it was a horrific experience to deal with the customer care representatives as they were so rude and unprofessional.They refuse any change in scheduleAnd unpolished communication.Technicians:The technician was professional but he was more like a sales man.We already had everything ready for installation just a little extension of the water outlet was needed...he couldn't do that and left the inlet leaking, we had to call plumber separately and got it fixed.The so called free installation was not at all free it cost me 600/- with extra plumbing work because the technician didn't carry the fix.But the installation technician was smart enough to carry washing machine cover, trolley, detergent and de scaler.

I am writing this review after the usage of 6 months. Initially this washing machine worked fine and noise level also acceptable. Recently on Feb-25 washing maching started giving problems like water leakage and after completion of wash water is not going out and spin is not working automatically in any wash (Quick, Mixed, etc...)I have raised complain on Feb-25-23 and on the same day technician came and examined the machine (opened the back door and did something) and told the problem got solved but told me to buy an extra water softner (cost of Rs.1750.0) and descalre poweder of 200 so that problem won't come in future.I bought them and technician left by saying the problem got resolved. I believed him.After an hour my wife started using it but after completion of mixed wash again water started leaking and sound was also more then immediately I called the same technician and explained the problem to him then he said he will come next day to fix it.Next he has not come then I called him but he is not lift his mobile then I have called IFB customer care and explained the above problem and also about the technician. The customer care person told they will escalate to the next level and a senior technician will come to resolve the issue (This happened on Feb-26-23) and I told them not to close the ticket.Next day no one came ang I again called customer care then they told within 24 to 48 hours technician will come.I waited for 24 hours then called again. This time customer care connected me to a franchise person (Gangadhar) and franchise person told they will send the technician but they didn't send any one.From past 15 days I am continuously following up with customer care but they did not send any person.The biggest problem is they did not even recorded my washing machine problem in their system nor escalated, this I came to know today (Mar-10-23) only. and they resoleved the initial ticket which was raised on Feb-25-23.Still my problem is open...I recommend not to buy IFB washing machine.
