Excellent quality proves you get what you pay for!
This adapter is required to fit the Cokin pro-Z filter holder to any camera lens with a 77mm filter thread. It came in a sealed packet. It feels well made, nicely machined and solid, and fitted the filter holder easily. The screw thread was smooth and accurate when I attached it to a lens. It's not cheap, but quality costs, and all the 100mm x 100mm square filter systems by other manufacturers such as Lee, Tiffen, Hitech and are also aimed at pro users and similarly priced.

Excellent quality, don't get the cheaper versions!
Why am I writing a review on a piece of milled aluminium? Because as my friend found out to his cost, there are cheaper versions out there, but the quality fails in may areas-his unit fell out the threads and broke his LEE Big Stopper -£90.00 down the drain. This Cokin Adapter is superb quality, the threads fit great, and there is no play in the mount. You are 100% getting your monies worth!

82mm Filter Ring...
I ordered this ring for my Canon EF 16-35mm f2.8L USM Mark II lens to mount the Cokin U960 Grad ND filter kit. It's a high quality part that fit perfectly and I have no complaints. Bit pricey for being a simple metal ring (that's why knocked one star down) but the precision engineering is worth it.

Excellently made.
Does exactly what it's meant to do. Very well made with precision threads.

Cokin Adapter
Good quality product. I have tried cheaper adapters and found them to be of poorer quality particularly the threads. If you have a Cokin filter set don't use cheaper adaptors. I like Cokin filters and find them of very good quality and would recommend them.

Proper Adapter
I believe if your going to use any camera equipment on a expensive lens its best to buy a quality one as the threads are so fine. A cheap Copy might ruin your lens threads. Cokin quality check their adapters.

Cokin adapter. Quality product.
Solid metal and with a quality thread as expected. I possess other Cokins Adapters of different sizes which are at least ten years old and never had any problems.

High qualiity but expensive
This ring has a very high quality feel to it. Threads are very smooth and it does not feel like it will bend or break in any way. Lightweight. Seems rather expensive for a simple product.

Anillo adaptador para la serie z de cokin. Como era de esperar se adapta perfectamente al portafiltros (mal iríamos si no fuera así).

I have a Canon 50mm 2.5 and sometimes I use it with my Cokin Z filter holder. At first I was a little bit skeptical because my lens goes in and out to zoom, but since it doesn't rotate there is no problem. This adapter woks just fine. Made of steel it's the right fit and very sturdy.

. . .it's built well and you'll only have to buy one. Coarse-threaded (1.0mm vs .75mm on smaller rings) and absolutely does what it's supposed to do. A little note . . for those of you trying to get by cheaper like I tried: don't. Just bite the bullet and buy this one. The other 95mm adapter rings out there that 'say' they're compatible either don't work or have the wrong thread. This is one of those 'no-choice-just-do-it' items, (unless you're willing to rig something up with 4" PVC pipe and foam tape as a filter carrier to slip over the lens). I have a Pentax 67 with two zoom lenses (55-100 & 90-180) and a Sigma 50-500 for Nikon 750 that need this ring to shoot with ND filters.
