These strips open up my nose really well! So well I might have a deviated septum and didn't know it lol. The adhesive is strong and it will stay for a long time, I've gone up to 12 hours with one on, no signs of falling off. I am able to get them off pretty easily in the hot shower or with a hot washcloth. You need to let it heat up the adhesive for a little bit. Then gently work off from one side by pushing fingers under the edge. It does leave some adhesive on my skin but that washes off, especially in the shower if I leave soap on it for a minute or two.

My husband wanted to purchase these and I had low expectations of these working, but they did! Unfortunately they did not work for one of my sons because he has very oily skin, but worked for everyone else. We could immediately notice a difference in breathing with these on. Super impressed and will continue to purchase.

3M makes the best nasal strips, but Amazon makes it difficult to realize that you’re buying the wrong size. These fall off because they’re too small, and, when they are on, they don’t function as well as the correct size would. My sleep quality is slightly improved when it stays on and worsened when it falls off in the middle of the night and sticks to my eyelid. This is an Amazon problem and not a “Breathe Right” problem.

I started using these and I can breathe again! they're great for sleeping. the skin color ones are a little stronger than the clear ones but it's nice to take a break from the skin color ones once in awhile and use a clear one.

I didn't know this kind of product existed but I started looking into solutions because I was waking my partner up with my snoring. All I can say is 'Wow'. I didn't even know I needed this kind of product but as soon as I tried it I experienced instant relief. It's really incredible to feel how clearly I can breath with this thing. I've just been using it for a week, and no snoring so far. I'll need to use it for a month to see if it is really a solution for snoring. But so far, so good.The one complaint is that I have a hard time peeling off the adhesive backing. There must be a trick to it that I haven't figured out yet. But I have to spend more time than I would like struggling with it.Update: I figured out this last point. There is a split in the adhesive in the center of the strip that makes it easily peelable.

I don’t snore, but am constantly a little stuffed up. Didn’t realize how horribly I had been sleeping until I tried these. I really like the sensitive skin clear version, the original style stuck too well and felt like I was damaging my skin to get them off. These stick just enough to work, but still come off easily.
