Chock-Full of Emotional Self-Care Prescriptions
I read this book for a book club meeting and it is an excellent read. The book has consolidated many techniques that are useful in reducing anxiety. It takes readers through the process of learning to embrace emotions and use them in a positive way. It's a short book and one that can be referenced later, and also shared with others.

I have been on a journey of self-care for 10 years, so many of the suggestions in the book I already incorporate. This book is a great resource for people who are just starting their self care journey or for those who have been in the game for a while and need a reminder they are on the right path. Very well written and easy to follow.

Good Book
I really like the book. It brings a lot of subjects to mind. It teaches and remind us as women we are important and we should treat ourselves so. We get wrapped up in carrying for family and home, work that we forget about our selves. I plan to read it a second time I want to absorb every chapter.

This is a MUST read.
The media could not be loaded. This book has really made it clear in giving tips on how you can overcome trauma and other mental health issues you may have. It is well written, and even gives you references at the end for you to look up information. Thank you Alicia Magoro. 🥹
