This was purchased for my two year old grandson. It was an instant hit before it ever got wet. It's even nicer than I expected. Yookidoo is my favorite brand of water toys. You can expect great quality. I highly recommend this toy. I think it would even be good for kids as young as 18 months.

We have had several little toy fishing sets, and this is the best! I like that the fishing rod can’t get tangled, and each fish has a different entertaining water works pattern when it is lifted out of the water. Very cute and fun.
