100% authentic real Stanley's that are (matte) finish have the soft rubber feel to it. Handle is closer to the bottom edge of stainless steal trim. Under neath handle screws on a 2.0 version are hexagon screw under the handle not Philips head screws those are only on 1.0 older versions.
