Makes a v pleasant substitute for coffee, I use the powder to make a drink the way I used to with instant, perfectly nice. I surprise myself that I can like it so much when I've always been such a v fussy coffee drinker.Delivered promptly.

Great coffee substitute for those intolerant of caffeine.
As I am intolerant to caffeine, heard about this product & tried this product. It smells like coffee and resembles coffee..great product. I was becoming tired with lemon & ginger tea so this is a fab change. Will definitely buy again.

Not as good as the ground Orzo
I ordered this by mistake - should have got the ground one. It's actually not that bad and is probably better than ordinary instant coffee but I wouldn't buy it again by choice. I'll be more careful next time!

It was quite watery and tasteless. I usually by Orzoro, which is much better but I thought I tried this one as the orzoro was no longer available. Quite a disappointment.

Instant coffee style, different taste.
This makes a hot drink which is like an instant coffee in style, although I would not say the taste is quite the same. I find it a perfectly acceptable substitute for a coffee after a meal, but I don't think I could drink it all day the way I tend to do with decaf coffee. It seems to have a bit of a laxative effect with me!

I decided to Purchase Orzo due to heart arrhythmia which has annoyingly began to occur when drinking coffee.I had been drinking trying de caff however this was still causing me some problems. Well i purchased Orzo in the hope i could continue to enjoy a coffee as it is one of my favorite drinks. Well i can say i really enjoy it.The amount of coffee in the bag is huge so is really good vale. The taste, look and aroma are almost identical to real coffee. I gave some to a relative who did not realise they were not drinking coffee until i said. All in all this will be my drink of choice in the future.

Good quality - a different hot drink without caffeine, but you need to remember that you would normally use between 2 and 3 heaped teaspoons of caffe orzo per cup. I often combine it with decaffeinated instant coffee. You can try that on your guests and keep them guessing. By the way, it's a lot cheaper in Italy and you can get a large 120gm tub from supermarkets like Conad for little money.

buy this barley coffee, its the best on market. But buy it from their Orzo website, its much cheaper and faster
