Prob one of the best over-the-ear BT headphones with Mic for the money
I spend at lot time on the phone at work. This paired up Bluetooth with my Cisco 881 easily, works great in Zoom and Teams all day. Has good range and battery life. A few down sides not deal breakers : The mic is a bit short but it is flexible and the volume controls are touch, which sometimes misses and thinks I am skipping. But it's far less expensive than the leading four-letter brand, with a more reliable name than the dozens of random by fly-by-night jibberish-English Chicom brands (who have no doubt reverse engineered everything). I have worn this on eight plus hour flights with no discomfort. There's no analog pass-through (or 3.5 mm function of any kind). The only medium level flaw is you can't use it while it is charging (hey if you were used to wired headphones BEFORE Bluetooth this wouldn't matter either way.)

Work great, but not a good fit
These headphones worked SO well with my work laptop. The dongle plugs in (and it's USB-C which is awesome), headphones connect with no issues, and they sound great. The ANC has its own dedicated button, and the modes are very easy to understand. Noise cancellation is fantastic, and they sound great for music (although I am not an audiophile by any means). The detachable mic is a nice touch if you don't need it for calls. These headphones DO work with Teams meetings and callers reported no issues with hearing me.Sadly I'll have to return these because of the fit. They are pretty tight on my head, and smush my ears down. I also wear glasses (the eternal curse for over-ear headphones) and after about 20 minutes of wearing these I could feel some pain and discomfort from my glasses being pressed against my head and ears. There's not a lot of flex to the headband, so I don't have much confidence that they'll stretch over time. In addition, I wasn't a fan of the ear cups which are an oval shape (I've had better luck with rectangle shaped ear cups like the ones Logitech uses). The oval shaped cups tend to still press on the edges of my ear, rather than going around my whole ear.

Good noise cancellation and decent sound
I like the sound of my ear buds better but these keep my ears out, as well as outside sound.

I want to like these.
The first pair I received had a terrible noise problem. I quickly replaced them with another pair. I've used these quite a bit over the last five months. They work well enough for what they are. I'm annoyed that if I stretch and put my hands over my head, it triggers the touch controls. Occasionally on my Samsung S20, they'll suddenly switch from high-quality ("music") audio to low-quality ("call") audio. Resetting the connection a few times restores the quality. The feature that most annoys me is that it spews BLE beacons, even when connected. The value appears to be static. It's readily identifiable. This is a privacy concern.
