So glad I purchased this USB charging cable I can now sit 5metres away from the Mrs and buy quality products like this off Amazon without her peeping over my shoulder. Came securely packaged and next day delivery. Will be ordering more of these.

I purchased this cable to allow the charging of my Fire HD8 tablet from a certain wall socket that the original cable was to short to use.My first impression was how well the cable felt. It is very well made and the finish is excellent. The woven exterior adds a feeling of quality and durability to the cable. The cable I have is white and black which looks nicer than the black rubberised cable that you often see. The connectors are sturdy and we'll made and feel solid when connecting to the device and the power adapter, no wiggle like some others.Overall I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend both the product and the company.

Lightweight and flexible yet sturdy construction. Much better in use than stiff pvc cable.Connections feel positive and fit securely.

Unfortunately I have to edit my original review of “Looks good, works well, nice and short so no dangling cables in my new kitchen's charging station. Happy.” as now I am disappointed that the cable no longer works. It has been troublesome for some time and I thought it was the wall socket but having taken the trouble to eliminate this, I can now say conclusively that the cable no longer charges. It hasn’t had excessive use so it’s pretty disappointing. It doesn’t have longevity sadly! 29.5.18 This is my second edit, the supplier has now refunded me , so I have increased the rating and am now happy!

Brilliant, nice long wire and doesn't tangle. Seems to charge quickly too. Was dubious about buying but really pleased and would recommend. Speedy delivery too. So far so good!

I have this for nearly a year and in that time everyone has used it in my household, 3 boys, my partner and even the dog has managed to use it as a toy and yet it's still going strong. There isn't a kink in the lead, there is no fraying, everything is in excellent working order. It's been bent, knocked about, used as a dog toy (when dog got hold of it), even when my family have had other USB leads this one still goes on further than the others 👍👍👍.

I guess that people are generally less excited by items such as connection cables, but these really are a work of art, beautifully constructed and great to use. The plugs have aluminium casings and the cables are covered with very smart black and white braid. There are few things more irritating than wobbly micro USB connectors but these make an extremely satisfying click and super solid connection even to my aged smartphone. Charging either my phone or Samsung pad is quick. Quite simply the best charging cables I've ever used by a long shot.

This really is an excellent product in my view. My family and I have recently gone through three standard USB to micro USB cables from three different phone manufacturers that all started to break up at the connectors leaving bare cables. You can see immediately that this is an altogether different product. The connectors are sleek in a metal build with additional support to hold the cable firm, and the cable itself is both strong and very attractive in its braided design. The 2 metre length is also much more manageable when using your phone whilst charging. A solid, attractive, German product. Always the best.
