Bought this for home use for my partner, very good product and good quality also easy to use..

Very flimsy missing bolts , continuously beeps , squirts boiling water everywhere , extendable pole just drops . Very disappointed. Maybe ok for home use but defiantly not professional !

had it under a year only started using it 6 months ago the water compartment once boiled leakes out of the cup really badly all over the place and it leaked a lot had it checked there's nothing loose etc can't make anymore use of it as very dangerous only used 5 times not happy :(

This is so easy to use heats up fast and is just a one or two switch action deoending if you want to include ozone. It gives a great steam that is height adjustable. Assembly was easy and it looks good. So much easier to use then the desk top steamers we used in the past. It's bulky if you have no space to store but has been a great addition to our small salon.

I absolutely love this item there any problem is it didn't last long until it broke and now no longer which is a shame because it is a great product
