A great food for doves
I've been mixing this seed with other seed mixes and the smaller millets and milos in a wild seed mix for my best little companion dove for about a year now and I highly recommend it! Very nutritious, and when mixed with other seeds, and some "treats", it's been a basic essential. And the price is worth every bit! I used to order directly from Petco (which is International Pet Supplies and Distribution, Inc., it's a "DBA") but they ship via USPS and more often than not, I've received bashed boxes. I think of this as a food product and prefer my food to arrive properly. But over-all, this is a definite "YES" for doves and I'd recommend it for other small birds too.
