These things are too expensive but they perform almost perfectly. I do wish the bandage was a little larger to cover more area but when in place it was barely adequate size for a knee laceration. Placed it over the wound and carefully pulled the zip suture and it closed the wound tight. Great for healing faster. I did use another bandage over the top of the closure to keep it stuck on.

A smart item to keep in your first aid kit These closure kits are genius! I used one on a minor cut and it held the skin together perfectly without needing stitches. It was easy to apply, stayed in place, and healed nicely. I feel much more prepared having these on hand for emergencies, especially when traveling or with kids. Used a a cut that actually needed a couple stitches and it worked!!!! Stopped bleeding quickly and was impressed. Took off a few dyslater and was healing well!!! I’m not an expert but I can say it worked for us!!!! And now, I carry it in my camping first I’d kit too.

I’m giving these a 5 because I think they are a good item for your medicine cabinet or first aide kit. They seem well made. I haven’t had to use any yet so if I ever do I’ll come back and update my review. They are a little pricy for what you get.

This is my 3rd order! This is amazing for wounds that you need to close up. I've only had to buy 3 packs because I have a wound situation on my back that was originally assisted. They cleaned it out at the hospital packed. It sent me home, but didn't send me home with the antibiotic so now I have an infection and bacteria all over the hardware in my back (I have rode in my back) and because of the infection and bacteria, it will not heal so I'm on a heavy duty anabiotic until I can get into surgery so in the meantime, I've been using these to try to keep it closed and as tight as I can while I'm on the anabiotic. I highly recommend these and if you want to get in the water and you don't want to worry about any type of an infection you can buy new skin the stuff they put on new tattoos. We live on the water and I love to go out on the boat, but I will not get in that water with this open wound so I will use this Band-Aid and then I will take a large piece of the new skin. I also bought on Amazon and I will cover it oversize on my back so I don't have to worry about water getting into my wound..
