Love this product I use an inhaler but when I run out I use the salitair inhaler with these salts I find it really helps . I know sometimes it makes me cough after using but that's the idea of if it to clear any mucus etc of my chest .I use it latish at night and the next day I do not cough as much . but I am a smoker which I know I shouldn't be !! But hey ho no one's perfect ! It's definitely worth a try if it helps you ,what you got to lose!!

Buy this for a relative who has copd. They find it helps them with their condition. Repeat buy.

Absolutely appalled by the 2 salt air salt refills. Both tubs of salt were sealed but once opened, stank of acetone. I didn’t notice until I had refilled my salt pipe and inhaled. I still have the disgusting nail polish remover taste in my mouth.These items are toxic. Do not buy! I will be writing a formal complaint to Amazon.I regularly buy these refills from Amazon, but have never had this problem before.
