A pretty chilling performance by Ethan very powerful even disturbing at points. Well Acted I suspect that there is a lot of honesty in the subject matter. Enjoy.

Normally like Ethan Hawke,this was not his usual role as an abusive father to his gifted disillusioned son,bit of a strange one this,didnt really get going for me and the film had one of the worst endings ever.

Expected to see some baseball action scenes. Hardly any. Story was about what was going on in the mindof the main character. Wished that I hadn't purchased it as it was a complete waste, and I am a huge baseball fan.

This movie is very slow to start and never really takes off. Just when you think you might get somewhere the movie abruptly ends! Pass this one up.

Three words to describe the film: slow, sophomoric and stupid. Could not even watch through to the end.
