Sugarflair PEARL IVORY Edible Lustre Dust Powder - Cake decorating shimmer

I used this to colour some cake lace. I tinted the lace first with a cream paste and when dried used this dust to add a bit of sheen. The reason for tinting the lace first is that if not you would need to use a lot of the lustre dust to get an impact. It turned out beautiful. Will definitely order again when needed.

Great for giving a shimmer on cupcakes or cakes and looks so pretty too. I used it on cupcakes for a christening.

I found this to have a yellowish tint to it. I thought it might lift the centre of the white lilly's a little bit but it was too subtle. I did however use it to dust the edges of some cream roses and yellow filler flowers. This is not my favourite shade as it makes white gumpaste flowers look more yellow than ivory. However the sunflowers, daisy's and roses all looked much better after a light dusting with this pearl ivory.

Arrived quickly, easy to use, and less is more you only need a tiny amount s it goes a long way which means it will last ages. Really fine and shimmery powder.

I used this to add some lustre to my daughters Ivory wedding cake, brushed on lightly it looks fabulous!

The quality is great - the product is just more yellow than what I expected (I know it's ivory, I just didn't expect the colour to be so vibrant after putting it on the flowers).
