Smiffys Second Skin Bodysuit, with Bumbag, Concealed Fly & Under Chin Opening

The suit is of good quality, thick material. A different black zentai I had allowed me to see through the face with sufficient detail to read. Not so this suit - I can see shapes, but can't read anything smaller than half-inch-high letters.I ordered a medium, and it fits well. The inseam is maybe an inch short, stealing material from the body, but that's okay. The arms are definitely skinny through the wrist, and the fingers are a few sixteenths of an inch longer than mine, but not really noticeably. The suit is snug across the chest, though, and I'm not particularly muscular.The fly consists of two flaps, the inner one attached at the front and the outer one attached at the rear. The closure is a small (1/2 inch square) velcro patch, which doesn't really seem appropriate but is adequate. I would recommend wearing shorts over this, just in case. The velcro hooks do try to catch at the suit's fingers, so be careful that you don't tear up your fingers.The zipper is one-way from the bottom, and is adequate. It hasn't broken in about 10 hours of wearing the suit.The chin flap consists of two overlapping pieces of fabric on the front of neck. If you have a beefy neck, this may feel tight. The neck hole can be opened enough to drink and eat, but you'll have to hold the flap open. It won't rise above your nose.For American readers: "bum bag" means that it comes with a fanny pack. The fanny pack is constructed of the same material as the suit, and has a small (1/2 inch square) velcro closure. It's suitable for repair work on the suit, I guess.

I did my research and I do believe I found the best quality product in this price range. The construction appears strong and I love that there is a flap for your face and a fly. This will be used on stage and under the lighting I imagine it will get quite sweaty, but I dont see any other product being better unless it was made from mostly cotton. This is certainly synthetic. I ordered this one to check out the quality. I will now be ordering two more!

gets the job done and the fly and face opening are nice, but bottom half seemed like it was a completely different size than the top half which is baggy, there is so much extra material in the hood as well. to see out a suit you need the hood to be tight, this hood is as loose and opaque as a paper bag

It's very hot. Thicker than I expected. I suppose that means it's more durable though.

Fabric is not nearly as good, and you can tell. Don't cut corners, go with the Morph Suit.

Im 5’-11” and about 200lbs. 42 chest 35 waist 34 in seam and the large fit good and snug. Not real easy to see out through the fabric over face but is doable in good light. The Velcro fly in the crotch is a benefit. Will work great for a costume base.

Grade A for quality and workmanship. Grade C for sizing. All parts of the costume fit quite well except for the torso. I am not a particularly large individual but I could not get the back to close enough to be zipped up. I believe that the item came from the UK and perhaps the local population has different proportions. In the end, I had to return it.
