I buy this for two reasons. I personally use it for indigestion but also wanted a family member to use it for the glucose assistance. I was well aware that ACV can help with both issues and we have found this product to be very reliable. Please note that we were using the liquid before but I don't enjoy drinking apple cider vinegar diluted in water. I will note that the family member is a diabetic and we were previously using a mixture of ACV diluted in water with ground cinnamon mixed in to give her insulin time to take effect. This is easier on the taste buds.

This is a great way to get a supplement without drinking the vinegar. Bragg is known for its health benefits. I had no issues taking the capsules and it was cheaper on Amazon than on their website.

Works great for weight loss

I just starting to use these and I will write again after one month using for result . So far is good . I don’t have any issue like stomachaches and they are digestive very well and I don’t know yet they are effective or not and need to take 3 every day and I think a price is high because you need to ordered them every month

I bought this because I have bad cystic acne. I read that glucose can create more oil production so I thought I’d give it a shot, as I’ve read it can balance your blood sugar spikes. I take 1-2 with every meal, less than the recommended dosage. Before discovering the capsules, I used to drink a small amount og Bragg's ACV or dilute it in some water. While I can't tell if the Phytoceramides are doing their job and keeping the young glow, I take them regularly with the belief that it's doing what it's supposed to do.

I was not impressed so I didn’t buy a second bottle after this. I was hoping for major debloat but saw no difference in my stomach appearance, it didn’t lean me out and I lift weight 3 to 4 nights a week! There was no weight loss either.
