I bought this in February after getting sick of having to clean out 2 of my 3 littles ears all the time. Middle little kept saying his ear was clogged. So we would use warm water & a squirt bottle to clean it out. use qtips to clean out just at the very beginning & that process would happen sometimes once or twice a month. The dr cleaned his ear once with the same procedure so I thought maybe it would be more helpful to see what is actually in there. Maybe a larger dried piece we cant see to get out. That was the case for 1. Every member of the family now knows what the inside of their ears look like. The 2 who use to always have ear wax problems have less issues now. Is it gross? yes? Is the item helpful? For us absolutely! The product arrived fast, was packaged well & with all the tools/pieces it was supposed to. Battery life is great. Wi-Fi set up is just an easy log out of your Wi-Fi attach to the items Wi-Fi. I would 1000% recommend this product & the seller.

So I have very sensitive years as well as have a lot of earwax and my ears to be honest I don’t know why I couldn’t tell you I’m not a doctor. So because I have a lot of earwax, I used to go to the doctor and have them flush out my ears with some sort of solution which hurt a lot. So I was looking for an alternative without having to go to the dollar store and pay them so I was looking on Amazon one day and I saw his earwax cleaner and I heard about other people using it and then saying that it’s great so I decided to give it a shot and I’m so happy I did this year rule remove all the earwax very easily and does not hurt my ear at all. There’s a really good camera that shows you inside your ear and where the earwax is, I will never go back to the doctor to get my ears flushed out face. You need to get your wax out of your ear or the outside of your ear get this and you won’t be disappointed.
