Very beautiful Rocks/Gem Stone that lights on fire under UV lighting!

The beads themselves are beautiful and great to work with. They are the perfect size for bead knotting or elastic bracelets. And in the dark outside or in a dark room, they glow quite brightly. I like working with them and surprising people with the glow.

High quality, wonderful & choice cutting, well sized drilled hole. Sturdy, larger size than I first anticipated as I wasn’t paying attention, nonetheless; I am super pleased with them. They are brilliant in their color! I highly recommend buying gemstone beads from ABCGEMS.

These are beautiful 10mm beads, very smooth and well-made. They really do glow - leave them under a strong light for at least an hour and then take them into a darkened room to see their transformation! They contain a naturally occurring form of strontium aluminate, which is also used to make glowing numbers on watch faces. The beads are not strung as a necklace; you will have to string them onto stronger cord and add a clasp.

I like the black tourmaline and the violet one is my favourite with beautiful color. I can gaze at the complex shimmering patterns and shapes with a variety of translucent and opaque edges that show many sections of crystal and some flash interests. It puts your mind into a world of imagination that most others can not while it seems each bead is unique as you look around each one. These are very nice eye candy to add for collection and creations.

Great choice of Chalcedony Beads. I like the size, durability and glow of each bead. The beads really look better in person than described when ordering. I am pleased with my purchase and look forward to using them with future DIY projects.

I have purchased a wide variety of natural gemstone beads to use for my jewelry making....and they are all beautiful and unique in their own way.....however, these Pietersite beads are, BY FAR, some of the most beautiful beads that I have purchased to date. I was a bit hesitate given that they were much more expensive than the beads I usually purchase (usually the beads I buy run anywhere from $6-$12 a strand....one strand of these beads was $20. However, when I bought that first strand, I could understand why they had such a high price (and I then went and purchased a second strand of 10mm and 2 strands of 8mm Pietersite. I have since used it in several pieces and these pieces are some of the most beautiful I have ever made. If I could give these beads 1000 stars, I would.

Easily chipped and seemed more like colored glass. Will be returned.
