Why did you pick this product vs others?:Needed a table for gun cleaning and maintenance. Needed to save space when not in use and when the girlfriend parks in the garage. This did the trick. Tapcons into concert. It's solid. Folds and opens easily. I recommend.

I’m using mine as a fold-down laundry table in my small basement, and it’s been perfect. Installation was quick and straightforward—took about 30 minutes total. Honestly, the hardest part was just locating the studs. The table itself is great quality and feels really sturdy. It’s a smart, space-saving solution that works exactly as expected.

Item was recieved with great packaging and speed, Instructions were very easy to read and understand installed by myself in approximately 30 minutes. Pre drilling lag bolt holes made things alot easier.

Perfect. A little difficult to install without an extension on your drill, just what I needed for the space.

Works really well and supports a lot of weight. Fairly easy to install. Loud pop or Crack sound when releasing it is very unsettling.

This is a fantastic item! The quality of the two metal brackets and the solid wood top is superior than most. The cost was appropriate for the size and quality of the parts. Installation was very easy. The only thing I can think of to make this item even better is a paper template for where to drill the screws for the brackets once you locate the studs. Something that could be lined up with the studs, taped to wall and made sure it was level, then drill small holes to mark the 8 locations of screws.

great value for the money, mounted 5 of these in my guest bedrooms since the rooms are very small, when properly installed into the studs they are extremely sturdy, will buy again. Easy to install with stud finder and level.

It's a very nice assembly. It's perfect for my application located in a spare room.Install was simple all fasteners included.But BE WARE. I centered the table on the brackets and screwed the table top down.The outter most screw holes are very close to the edge. My last screw I drove into a finger joint and the table top splintered outward ( where you would be standing or sitting). So be mindful about screwing the edge of the table top into a finger joint.It's not a deal breaker, I unscrewed my work and spun the top around.It's a nice table.
