Good product if you have a weak grip
Very high built quality, simple and reliable. Doesn't slip. But the strength level isn't adjustable, and these trainers seems too weak for me. That man on pictures on the box hardly needs them. If your grip is rather weak - these trainer are for you.

Wouldnt buy
Really bad quality. Would not recommend. Item keeps catching when closed and doesn't open back up properly. Also sharp bit on one of the grippers that has cut into my finger.

The grip tightened with a squeeze and the plate that slides up and down to contract/expand the handles kept gettinbg stuck, preventing release. I sent them back. Would not want these for free.

This grip trainer has a problem with annoying slider, which moves, make a horrible noise and gets stuck some time. But, this is easy to fix.Look at my photo for solution.Other than that everything else is OK.
