I don't remember how quickly I received it, but I've been using it for one month now. I'm happy with the results, but want more. I apply once a day, at night before bed. I do see about 1.5 to 2mm growth. I was hoping for more, hence the 4 rather than 5 star rating. I came back to read reviews. I ordered 3 bottles in first order because the full result is expected to take 2 to 3 tubes. I checked and all my tubes are completely full. Yes, it is clear and watery, but effective and doesn't irritate at all. I still have 1/3 of my first tube left. From now on I'm going to apply 2x each day after warming the area. Also, I'm applying to my eyebrows too and I'm seeing a difference there as well.

I got my bottle and it was not full it was oily at the top on the container. There’s enough to use as the product dispenses very small amounts as designed. I just started using the product it is not difficult to apply and no irritation. I will keep using to see if I get any results.

The serum is sticky and interferes with liner and eye shadow applications. I did not notice any improvements with my lashes. You really need to fork out the money for professional products like Latisse or Revitalash.

This is very watery and I have yet to notice any difference. Products I have used in the past are much thicker (like castor oil thick). The bottle is almost gone and I've only used it for about 3 weeks

Buyers beware! Container is empty! "Oh Mother Hubbard, the Cupboard was Bare! Clear prismatic container is attractive and I made the mistake of assuming the weight of the container included a clear liquid product within. Packed it in my travel bag and away from home when attempting to use it before going to bed discovered it empty! Not even a dried up residue within the clear container! Now if you're collecting pretty containers have I got a reccommedation for you!!! Jus' Sayin'

I used this for 3 nights and on the 4th night it was obvious that the tube was empty. At first I thought it was just my imagination, that the tube was designed to allow only a tiny amount to coat the wand. NOT!! There was actually nothing in the tube. This is clearly a case of the emporer has no clothes. These positive reviewers are just wishful thinkers. Oh well . . .
