Essential Oils for Pregnancy, Birth & Babies

I am very glad I invested in this book, it is maybe small, but full of information. It was recommended by a lot of essential oil users, so finally bought it. I have read other books about fertility and essential oils, but this one is far the best! It gives straight solutions to issues about PCOS, adrenal issues, uses the purest CPTG oils!Very happy with this book!

I really like this book. I've used it during my pregnancy for sugar cravings, headache, sleep, tiredness and many more. After my baby was born I applied doTERRAs frankincense on the crown of her head and also used the lemon essential oil on her feet when she got a bit jaundiced. DoTERRAs oils are fantastic and this book gives you a bit of an indication how to use them.its a must buy if you are planning to use the essential oils during pregnancy and postpartum.

Brief information about what is safe to use( and how) the essential oils in pregnancy labour and post birth ! I needed a guidevthat is quick to access without internet at any time of the day!!

Good book but much shorter than I was expecting and a bit repetitive at times. Read it in one sitting and definitely feel more informed and slightly more confident

I'm not sure about all the advice included within this book, some of it goes against my own aromatherapy training. Tea Tree oil neat inside the virgina? I wouldn't try this
