This griddle is made of 1/8” thick stainless and has a welded “X” reinforced base that helps keep it from warping at high temperatures. There is a track underneath that enables a secure, slip-free attachment to the top of your grill. The handles attach with included tools and hardware. There is a removable grease tray that fits perfectly in the groove.I love that this is stainless and can be stored outside with your grill. Proper seasoning keeps it from sticking: heat oil on surface until smoking. Then wipe off and apply a fresh coat of oil and start cooking.In addition to fitting grill tops, this fits my CampChef single burner perfectly.

This was hard to clean and It seemed like it didn't get hot enough so my food took awhile to cook. The griddle fit my grill perfectly and didn't move while cooking.

Simple. easy review - ran it on the Weber Genesis, seasoned it, etc and all was good. Not as good as the Carbon Plancha Insert i bought locally, but also not $250. Used it 4X and was relatively impressed, all in all.Moved it to the Fan-fired Wood Grill - and the temp warped it almost immediately.All in all - use it with a gas grill and it's a really good design, and should do anything You need IE Tacos, Philly Cheesesteaks, Veggies, Pancakes, etc at a really attractive price point.

The construction of this is great, very nicely made, and with premium and heavy duty materials. This can instantly convert your outdoor gas grill into a griddle/flat-top, and you can do hibachi/benihana in your backyard. The size/cooking surface is not too big, good for 2 person, probably stretching it to 4, maybe difficult for more than 4. I had used it both ways (indoor and outdoor), and both with great results. Cleaning is pretty easy, just squirt some water on it while it is still hot, and just scrap it clean; since this is fully a stainless steel surface, I use metal griddle spatula on it without any worry. I also love the removable grease tray, I just scrap and push all the grease and burnt bits into the tray, dump them out after it cooled down, and then I put the tray into my dishwasher. All in all, this is a great gadget to allow you to use your existing stove/gas-grill to be a griddle, yet, it is not cheap; you can probably buy a 1 or 2 burner 17" or 22" gas griddle for not too much more money.Thank you for reading this review, I hoped that this review & the pictures are helpful to you in support of your purchase decision.

I got this for my gas grill, and it is PERFECT!!! It is such an awesome item, and it allows you to expand your grill offerings to pretty much making anything at all on the grill with ease. I love my grill and this griddle has nice heat dissipation/distribution. The clean up is practically nothing, and there is a grease tray included! For how much I use it, it is an excellent value.Five stars for sure, A++++. This is an essential item if you love to grill or grill out a lot. Highly recommend.
