Prevalin Allergy Plus Nasal Spray 20 Millilitre

Yes had the same initial sneezing after spraying, as others have mentioned but the effect of this nasal spray has been truly fantastic. Using the spray morning, lunchtime and evening my breathing has remained clear for the first time for many, many years, since I started using Pervalon plus in early April, and my hearing has improved too. I have not had to take antihistamines, so I am very impressed. Try shaking the bottle four times up right, four times down, then gently four times upright, let it stand for approx 30 seconds before spraying ... This has kept the spray functioning without any blockage. I found blockage a problem with the standard Prevalin last year. This is my first review and I'm only writing this to give a balanced viewpoint.

Ok, so it's very simple: antihistamines are medically proven to lead to intellectual impairment in everyone and even dementia in the over 65s and inhaled steroids have long term nefarious effects. Hence why I decided to try a different course. I'd used nasal irrigations, wax, the inhaled blocker, vitamin c; many of which worked, but for limited durations.This works period. You must blow your nose out fully and take in the morning. It does sting for about 20 seconds. The quicker you spray, the quicker it's over. I use it mostly once, occasionally twice a day.This product has facilitated the successful treatment of my hayfever without toxic drugs. Thanks.

It works... but it stings!!I was recommended this because of hayfever that defeated the traditional sprays and tablets.Firstly - it works. No two ways about it, no sneezing all day!!Secondly - prepare for the tingle!! It made my eyes water that much my mascara ended up halfway down my face!!Moral - spray it as soon as you get up and reep the benefits!

Might be a slight overstatement, but it's changed my life. I've tried EVERYTHING, every brand of anti-histamin (branded and generic), every folk cure (local honey, etc), for my hayfever over the past 30 years. Nothing worked, until last year when I came across this in a local chemist.It works amazingly well, and by far the best part, is that it contains no anti-histamin so you don't get all those horrible side effects (drowsiness, tiredness, lack of energy, itchy mouth etc). I've got no idea how it works, but it does! Highly recommendedOnly one minor downside, you get a burning sensation in your nose for a couple of minutes after using it, but you get used to it, and it's a small price to pay for actually being able to enjoy the spring/summer sun!

This works really well for me, although the initial stinging sensation is unpleasant, it subsides quickly, and works quickly. I have been using this product for over a year, but there is a fault with it - the pump stops working after a few uses. This has happened in around one in four/five bottles, so I have to make sure I always have a spare one for back-up. I have brought it to the manufacturers, and Amazon's attention, but having just had the same issue happen again, this problem clearly hasn't been rectified yet. Despite that I continue to use it because I've found it to be the best one for my hayfever, but now I return them whenever defective, to get a replacement.

Having suffered for years with allergies since illness. I have looked for a product that helps. I bought this initially from Boots, without much optimism. The directions are easy to follow but the be prepared for quite a stinger and a bit of watery eyes. Prevalin actually stops symptoms of the itchy nose, eyes etc in seconds, guarantee. I love the product but am not to loving of the initial kick.

Not being a fan of actually venturing to the shops, and the fact I can get it delivered next day on prime, I decided to venture into amazon to see if I could get my usual hay fever nose spray delivered. Great dismay followed when I discovered they don't do it. So not to be defeated, I decided to search through the other offerings. I decided on the Prevalin plus after reading reviews etc. Unfortunately, this stuff is not worth the packet it's sent in. I could withstand the awful minty feeling and dreadful stinging if it actually worked, however, at best, it provides small relief from select symptoms, but doesn't come near to the relaid my usual spray provides. It looks as though, for now, I shall be making the trip to the shops. If I stars was an option, I would have given it that

Having read the reviews of this product, it is obvious it is not for everyone. I can only speak for myself. There is a transient burning sensation which subsides quickly. Then I remain hay fever free all day. Great product…….
