Papillon Bamboo Slat Natural Garden Fence Screening Roll Privacy Wind/Sun Protection 4m x 1m (13ft 1in x 3ft 3in)

I'd bought a fence from this seller before which was satisfactory so was confident in buying another. I thought the spaces between the slats were a bit wide but when it was installed they were all right. I had bought 2 fences this time and they were really reasonably priced so for the money, I very happy with them. They also seem quite sturdy and came with excellent service too.

We bought a roll of this bamboo screening to cheer up the garden fencing. We then ordered 2 more so that we could do the whole fence. Once we put up the first lot we realised it was not "durable" or "robust" as it splintered badly. We couldn't return the first pack as we had opened it, but we asked for a refund of the second order and were told we had to return it at our expense and they would consider whether to refund it! Not worth it! Would never order again.

Like this screening a lot. Used it as a privacy cover for the balcony. Does a much better job than the old reed one. Looks good from both sides and is sturdy yet flexible. The packaging was a bit flimsy (arrived all torn up) but did not affect the screening itself. Hope I get some years out of it, even with the Scottish weather.

This is nice screening,I have a balcony and have secured to the glass panes, it looks really lovely,would highly recommend.

We were recently given a pack of a very similar product which, although previously unopened, did not contain the full length claimed - only about 3.3m instead of 4m! This is intended to complete the job which is about 7m in total length. It comes tightly rolled and can be unrolled and loosely arranged in situ before straightening and securing it.Comprised of slats about 15mm wide cut from a larger pole and strung together with several rows of thin wire that is supposedly galvanised to prevent rusting. The wire is not quite as flexible as it could be and the screen does not lie perfectly flat even when pulled gently to iron out the kinks. The screen is not self-supporting and needs to be fixed to something to make it as rigid as it can be. Options for securing it include garden wire, cable ties, paracord or battens; which method is used may depend upon the nature of the supporting fence or structure. As its wire stringing rows are regularly spaced, it may be later used as a support for climbing plants although probably not ideal. Similar screening can be obtained in greater heights.Usually used against open fencing or on a balcony as a wind-break, privacy screen, sunshade etc.

Its okay but not for meGot this for a balcony with metal mesh on it. The screen looked "too natural" against the metal mesh. It was also covered in what appeared to be mould or something similar. I would say this is more for gardens then balconies. For the price I gave it to someone with a garden. Ordered two 1m x 4m lenghts and both appeared to have this mould looking thing. See attached images. I don't think mauld is a big issue, it just did not fit my desired look, so did not return the item.Overall I think its a garden only item, where the natural look will fit better.

Use this on my balcony for a bit more privacy and its great. Still let's a bit of light through but does the job in terms of privacy. It easy to adjust the length of needed too.

When I ordered this item - it looked good, the price was good and delivery good but the goods themselves totally rubbish. The intertwined wiring which is supposed to keep bamboo slats in place is very loose and flimsy - this means unable to put the garden screening in a vertical position without the slats falling/slipping out. The bamboo looks totally artificial / not natural at all and stands out like a sore thumb. Only thing this is fit for is the nearest rubbish tip.
