These are wonderful! I have a very painful foot which has suffered significant damage when broken in an accident years ago, and now it has very bad arthritis. I cam across these by accident in Boots who now don't seem to sell them any more. I wrap one of these around the offending foot in the evening and then go to bed in it. They get incredibly warm around the foot and I think calm down the inflammation. I will definitely be stocking up again. I thoroughly recommend for poorly bits of the body. The actual 'plaster' bit is large and although you might worry that it will hurt when you remove it doesn't at all, and yet stays on, as I have said, all night.

These are brilliant...work really well and quickly! They can be cut to any size, so great for painful fingers, knees etc and no strong smell! Some pain patches really get hot and smell quite strong but these are the best I have tried and they peel off quite easily when you wish to remove them so that really helps!!

Good pain relief except they aren't very sticky? But I taped the plasters on and they helped!

These are good and I do continue to use them. Can leave skin irritated if you have sensitive skin.

It hasn't worked very well on the lumbago pain, but it may be very efecctive to treat other types of pains.

Waste of money, tried these to place on my back for nighttime back pain, does not stick well, ended up throwing it in the bin after 5 minutes of battling with it, big waste of money, a real shame as I wanted something more natural.

Brilliant does the trick, smells lovely & you can feel the heat going through your body.

This is my favourite, it helped relieve my back pain and the warm feeling is pleasant. i like that it can be cut to size.. product of good quality, like their other ranges..

I originally found these on vacation in France. My lower back hurt and I was looking for something simple to help out during hiking and biking. They are wonderful. They last all day and provided me so much relief. I was so happy to find I could purchase them via Amazon when I got home. I have bought them at least 2 more time and purchased some for my mom.
