I find the Anxiety Journal Book helpful
I sometimes suffer from intense anxiety that cripples my ability to do anything.My Church Family and my blood family are a great help.I like the quote from the book by Jon Kabat-Zinn that says “You can’t stop the waves, but you can learn to surf”.I’m finding the Anxiety Journal Book helpful, although it reiterates i.e. repeats a lot of things I already know.Nevertheless, it is sometimes good to hear the same things in a slightly different way or to be shown a slightly different way to tackle issues that bring one down on a regular basis.I for myself definitely like this book a lot as it keeps the words short and simple and free of jargon and also because it uses an approach that appears to be in sympathy with those who suffer a lot from anxiety or do not always know how to deal with the anxiety they feel or experience.However, I would like to stress that it is important to seek professional help in the form of doctors, therapists and prescribed/monitored medical medication, should it be appropriate.

Not loads of content
This is a nice book and is pretty to look at inside but for how many pages it is there’s not that much content. It is pretty though and would be a nice gift I think.

Lovely book!
I love this. Good little tips, exercises and diary to keep you distracted, help with ways to cope with anxiety and everyday life activities as well as a nice little book to rant your thoughts and feelings down!

Si no tienes mucha idea de qué es la ansiedad y cómo sobrellevarla es un buen libro. Trae ejercicios que te ayudarán y explica de forma sencilla los síntomas de la ansiedad.

SIMPLY...the... BEST!
This is an absolutely amazing book! It is filled with a wealth of information and is written in a way that helps a person feel they are working one on one with the author. Having dealt with lifelong anxiety, and also being familiar with some of these tips through my own experiences, I was delighted to be validated and reminded of my own personal journey with my not so best friend anxiety. This book is well put together and allows you plenty of space to journal in the book if you so desire. As I continue to make changes, I have decided to use a separate small notebook to journal in but choose to keep this book with me at all times as to document and remind myself of my intentions, goals, and desires. That being said, I do appreciate the opportunity to journal in the book if I so choose. Thank you so very much to the author all the way in the UK for sharing her gifts of writing on this very sensitive and challenging topic. I feel humanized again. I’m truly grateful and ever so appreciative.
