I have been having nose bleeds frequently for 8 months. Not sure what triggered it just sort of came out of no where. Also have been having a dry throat. I knew it may be due to dryness. I tried a humidifier at night and a saline nose gel from another brand but nothing worked. I read from another reviewers post that this product stopped their nose bleeds. I am on week two so using this product twice a day and so far no nose bleeds! I will keep using it as I want to say that this is what is helping me! If you suffer from nose bleeds try this product!

If you ever wake in the night with that pressure and stuffiness this is for you. You will be back to sleep soon. Just received another order in mail today. I love their gel too. But today I used the spray off and on during the day. It is the time of night I usually feel terrible, and I can take a deep breath. Was asked by company for a review a week ago. Mentioned a glitch, and it was corrected immediately. They really care about their customers. I don't have that itchy nose, the bleeding is spotty not gushing and great not to be constantly sneezing. Winner. The gel even helps the dryness you get from constant blowing. Yes, I am sold. Some write it is expensive... I am worth it! Though for what it does for me compared to countless prescriptions i would say a resounding no, it is not.

Seems to work well. My daughter hasn’t had a bloody nose since. She is 10 and was really struggling with nosebleeds every day. We had it cauterized but it continued to bleed. She didn’t care for the mist in her nose so we got the gel of this same brand. So far she likes It.

This spray makes such a difference. Due to cold weather and dry interior, by February I get some broken capillaries in my nostrils, setting off a series of repeating events, all annoying: dried blood in nostrils leading to sneezing leading to nose-blowing leading to nose-bleeding. Using this spray before bed puts a stop to all of it.

I have to be on oxygen and it dries out my nose really bad and it was cracking and bleeding and this is the first product actually the only product I have found that keeps my nose moist and free of blood clots and mucus clots and improves my ease of breathing. Thank you very much for an excellent product.

This is the BEST nasal moisturizer I've found yet. I have a very sensitive nose that bleeds easily and I must keep it moisturized at all times. This nasal mist is very light unlike other brands that have a heavy stream that can actually cause my nose to bleed. The biggest difference though is the special wetting agents that distribute the spray and keep it moisturized. It will definitely be a staple in the medicine cabinet.
